玛丽安·米尔札哈尼（波斯语：مریم میرزاخانی，英语：Maryam Mirzakhani，1977年5月3日－2017年7月15日），生于伊朗德黑兰，数学家，女，专长于几何学，研究领域包括泰希米勒理论（英语：Teichmüller theory）、双曲几何、遍历理论及辛几何。自2008年9月1日起成为斯坦福大学的数学教授。
米尔札哈尼为2014年菲尔兹奖得主之一，也是获得这个数学奖项的首位女性及首位伊朗人。米尔札哈尼因为在曲面对称性研究的贡献而得奖。中学时代，米尔札哈尼曾获得二届国际奥林匹克数学竞赛的金牌，分别在1994年及1995年。她在1995年时获得满分，是第一个在此竞赛中获得满分的女性学生、伊朗学生。
